Dir fehlen entweder ein paar benötige Teil zum Bauen des rpm oder sie 
liegen in einer falschen Version vor.

Da musst Du Dich dann durchkämpfen!

(Ich habe hier PHP mit Oracle-Support kompilieren dürfen. Da habe ich 
dann aber einen Haufen der Optionen, die ich nicht brauche, 
rausgenommen. Trotzdem hat es 'ne ganze Zeit gedauert, bis es lief)
