-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hallo Liste Trotz Suche im Internet komme ich mit meinem Problem auf keinen grünen Zweig. Die verschiedenen Vorschläge habe ich schon ausprobiert. Unter Linux bedient Cups alle Clients einwandfrei. Nur mit Samba weigert er sich hartnäckig. In /var/spool /samba kann ich sehen wenn die Datei ankommt, aber sie wird nicht gedruckt (scheinbar leer??) Die log.smbd meldet: Connect to lp1 as user XY (uid=500, gid=100) (pid=2045) # Samba config file created using SWAT # from localhost (127.0.0.1) # Date: 2003/06/08 22:02:38 # Global parameters [global] workgroup = TUX-NET netbios name = MAJESTIX interfaces = eth0 192.168.0.0/24 update encrypted = Yes unix password sync = Yes log level = 1 syslog = 0 time server = Yes unix extensions = Yes socket options = SO_KEEPALIVE IPTOS_LOWDELAY TCP_NODELAY printcap name = CUPS os level = 2 printer admin = root printing = cups veto files = /*.eml/*.nws/riched20.dll/*.{*}/ [homes] comment = Home Directories path = %H valid users = %S read only = No create mask = 0640 directory mask = 0750 [printers] comment = All Printers path = /var/spool/samba create mask = 0600 guest ok = Yes printable = Yes browseable = No [print$] comment = Printer Drivers path = /var/lib/samba/drivers write list = @ntadmin root force group = ntadmin create mask = 0660 directory mask = 0775 [lp1] comment = Brother MFC 9050 path = /var/spool/samba read only = No create mask = 0600 printable = Yes printer name = lp1 oplocks = No [lp1] ist mit YAST2 eingerichtet und wird wohl automatisch übernommen, dieser abschnitt fehlt aber in allen Beschreibungen die ich gefunden habe. Wer kann mir sagen wo mein Fehler liegt? Dank im voraus. - -- mit freundlichen Grüßen Helmut Scholl -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.2.2-rc1-SuSE (GNU/Linux) iD8DBQE+45Nr+sSHZZnWnhkRAuFnAKDZ3fNVQ3WIgw5f8kX6JzoA5uj92wCfdbIs 6mnY/BRPCY+iv9fKFD6gpLQ= =XOcR -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----
