Nur mal so ne bloede Frage am Rande. Der SuSE Kernel 2.4.20-4GB ist schon der Kernel, den Du auch verwendest? Was sagt denn ein "uname -r"? Was sagt denn ein "ll /etc/modules.conf /etc/modules.conf.local" und ein "ll /lib/modules/2.4.20-4GB/modules.dep"?
