Hallo zusammen, vielleicht hat ja einer von Euch einen Tipp für mich. Der Druck über Samba vom Client aus funktioniert nicht. System SuSE 8.0 Samba - die serienmäßige 2.2.3 Drucksystem Cups Drucker: HP Deskjet 720 c Die Samba- smb.conf habe ich vor dem Plätten der Platte gesichert und das komplette Script mit der alten Konfiguration wieder an die alte Stelle geschoben. In der /etc/printcap steht Folgendes: HP720c_Best: HP720c_Entwurf: HP720c_normal: Netz: Auszug aus der smb.conf: Global-zone [global] workgroup = gewiehs.obb os level = 2 security = share encrypt passwords = Yes guest account = Nobody map to guest = Bad User passwd program = /usr/bin/passwd %u passwd chat = *New*password* %n\n *Re-enter*new*password* %n\n *Password*changed* unix password sync = Yes # This tells samba to use the file smbusers for user mapping. ; username map = /etc/samba/smbusers # This tells samba to write log files per machine. ; log file = /var/log/samba/%m # This sets an alternate log level. Default is 2. ; log level = 3 # Uncomment the following, if you want to use an existing NT-Server to # authenticate users, but don't forget that you also have to create them # locally! ; security = server ; password server = 192.168.1.10 printing = cups printcap name = /etc/printcap load printers = Yes und printers [printers] comment = All Printers path = /var/tmp create mask = 0600 printable = Yes browseable = No Beim Win- Client erscheint keine Fehlermeldung, auf dem Linux- Server erscheint überhaupt nichts. Der Druckbefehl wird abgesetzt, kommt aber nicht an! Was bleibt mir zu tun ??
