(...ups, ist ja 'ne deutschsprachige Liste...) Hallo Ich benutze den Logical Volume Manager (LVM) das erste mal nun unter SuSE 8.0. Weiss jemand wie das geht: 1. Nach einem Reboot sind werden die Logical Volumes die ich von Hand auf sybase:sybase gesetzt habe wieder auf root:root gesetzt. Wie kann dies vermieden werden? 2. Die LV's werden leider nur als Block-Devices und nicht auch als Character-Devices angelegt. Wie kann ich Character Devices (brw-r----- nach crw-r-----) daraus machen? Ich bwnötige die Logival Volumes als RAW Devices. 3. Gibt's ein besseren Managment Tool als über yast? Yast versucht auch bei Devices bei denen ich KEINEN Mountpoint angebe immer automatisch einen zu generieren! Für jede Info den besten Dank im voraus.
