Da würde ich auf einen Hardware-Fehler tippen oder es ist wirklich hammermäßig falsch konfiguriert.

Aber interessant ist z.B. daß bei mir daheim das NTFS-Verzeichnis als HPFS in fstab bei der Erstinstallation eingetragen wird (bei allen 5 PC's war's so) aber hier auf der Arbeit stand nach der Installation der richtige Typ drin.
HPFS = NTFS. Die sind identisch, bzw. NTFS von HP abgeguckt. Manchmal heißt's in der fstab auch schlicht HPFS/NTFS. -- In the begining was the word, and the word was: Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii
