Hi Leute,
hab gerade Unreal Tournament für Linux installiert. Das lief ohne Probleme, nur beim starten bricht er ab. Es wird folgendes angezeigt:
Unreal engine initialized Bound to SDLDrv.so Joystick [0] : Unknown Joystick SDLClient initialized. Bound to Render.so Lighting subsystem initialized Rendering initialized LoadMap: Entry Failed to load 'Entry': Can't find file 'Entry' ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ ....und habe mit hilfe von GOOGLE folgendes scrip gefunden, was das Problem löste. Die Maps sind auf eine Weise komprimiert, die wohl Linux nicht unbedingt lesen kann. Probiere folgendes (von news://loki.games.ut)
-------copy and past this bash script--------------- #!/bin/sh # Change this to YOUR install-dir of UT # INSTALLDIR=/usr/local/games/ut cd $INSTALLDIR/System for i in `ls ../Maps/*.unr.uz` do decompress ../Maps/$i -nohomedir done rm ../Maps/*unr.uz mv *.unr ../Maps echo "..:: Done! ::.." -------copy and past this bash script--------------- Ciao Elimar -- Alles was viel bedacht wird ist bedenklich!;-) Friedrich Nietzsche --
