Der Apache versucht ein Module zuladen (libssl.so). IMHO ist das mod_ssl, hast Du das installiert?
Wenn Du es nicht brauchst, deaktiviere den Eintrag doch.
Was sagt "locate libssl.so"? das sagt /usr/lib/libssl.so.0 /usr/lib/libssl.so.0.9.6
