ich habe folgendes Problem: Ich möchte den ProFTP Server auf meinem System starten, aber es funktioniert nicht. Der Server sollte eigentlich über inetd gestartet werden, was aber nicht geschieht. In der ServerType in der proftpd.conf steht auf inetd. Ich habe keine Ahnung, warum das nicht funktioniert. Ich wäre froh wenn mir jemand helfen könnte (Bin noch ziemlicher Linux-Anfänger). Noch eine kleine Frage: wie starte in Samba mit jedem Systemstart
was heist geschieht nicht? Gibt es Fehlermeldungen? Was passiert wenn Du "ftp localhost" eintippst? Normalerweise sollte dann sowas kommen: michael@bert:~ > ftp localhost Trying 127.0.0.1...
