Hallo alex Möglichkeit 1: Installiere Lilo nicht in den MBR, sondern in den Bootrecord der Rootpartition. Deinen Bootmanager wieder in den MBR installieren und einen Eintrag für die Linuxpartition hinzufügen. Möglichkeit 2: Lilo sagen, welche Partitionen er verstecken soll.
