I agree the cruisecontrol.xml is probably better suited in the top level of the
spool dir.

The init.d script in the package is/was based on the sample script from the
cruise control release. It's probably worth a review of it in any case, to
check it conforms to distro and LSB standards. I'll be sure to add these
changes so encfs is supported on future releases.
