- install manpages
- build thunar-vfs backend only for openSUSE < 11.4, disable
  obsolete gnome-vfs backend by default
- cleanup:
  * corrected licensing information
  * improved descriptions/summaries
  * corrected groups
  * use pkgconfig symbols for specifiying dependencies
  * do not uncoditionally enable debug symbols
  * renamed desktop-agnostic to desktop-agnostic-tools
  * merged gir1.0-desktopagnostic-1.0 and vala-libdesktop-agnostic
    into -devel subpackage
  * removed unecessary dependencies of backend subpackages on main
    package and use supplements to facilitate the choice of the
    most suitable backend
  * show compiler output

To REVIEW against the previous version:
   osc request show --diff 64012

To ACCEPT the request:
   osc request accept 64012 --message="reviewed ok."
   
To DECLINE the request:
   osc request decline 64012 --message="declined for reason xyz (see ... for 
background / policy / ...)."

To REVOKE the request:
   osc request revoke 64012 --message="retracted because ..., sorry / thx / see 
better version ..."
