Factory
Contrib was created especially because Factory people disallow
community to maintain openSUSE packages.
Since the original problem is gone, there is no point of having contrib.
There likely will still be a limit to the number of packages going into
Factory.
Can you elaborate what you mean?
For instance packages with bad security reputation will not go in,
like "proftpd" or packages that are otherwise unmaintainable.
