I just spotted that qtractor is maintainer by upstream in home:rncbc
project (along with other his package like qjackctl, qsampler and
qsynth). Maybe we could ask him if he's not interested in maintaining
these packages in Contrib (well, not qjackctl as it is in Factory too).

PS: I haven't looked at the packages so I'm not sure about the state of
the spec files.
