I now have those tips:

osc req /source/openSUSE:Factory:Contrib/xtem/_meta | grep bugowner
osc meta pkg openSUSE:Factory:Contrib xtem | grep bugowner
curl -u user:pwd -X GET 
https://api.opensuse.org/source/openSUSE:Factory:Contrib/xtem/_meta | grep 
bugowner

which are probably the same. ;)
