I reported it already during Monday - bnc#459262. It seems like more general
issue to me. He doesn't send e-mails to anybody (at least not to me in any of
roles) on submitreq. I tried to submit request not only to Contrib but to the
other repository too and didn't receive notification about any of them (tried
to test both side - submitter and maintainer.
