policy: security update) and I need to submit another request oO ?

Yes its like Factory and openSUSE distributions.

openSUSE:Factory:Contrib is the same as Factory and
openSUSE:<version>:Contrib is the same as openSUSE <version>. You dont
get to release whatever you want to the general update channels. You
have to go trough a review. Which in the case of Factory happens inside
novell and in the case of Factory:Contrib from the Contrib Review team.
