[opensuse-conference] Question regarding confirmation of our accommodation at the venue :-)

Hello, Me & Saurabh both are landing by same flight. I hope we can go to venue accommodation on 30th April evening hours. And yes, Do we need to show any confirmation e-mail to security at main entrance for entry?
