Hi,
we finally has come to a solution that, in order to be effective, will need support from the local organization.
Juergen will be in charge of the shipment back. Since no SUSE employees will be there to help, but Lars, we will need some local volunteers to help Juergen packaging our material[1]. Is this possible?
If it is, the first option will be to package everything right when the conference finishes and ship it two hours later, so we have enough time to package[2]. Is this option possible?
The second option would be to find a storage room and send it back on Tuesday. [3]. we will need transportation.
Since we are doing the shipment this afternoon, we would need an answer as soon as possible, so we provide the plan to the shipment company. This is a requirement.
[1] Can the local team support us to package the material after the conference
Yes, of course we will help, that goes without saying. We will have volunteers available for tear down anyway and we commit to fully help Juergen and Lars with the packing.
[2] The venue will be open two hours later to pick it up?
We can store the boxes at the venue on Monday and they can be picked up on Tuesday at any time after 9am. [if 9 am does not work, we can still figure it out, just let us know]
[3] If [2] do not work, where can we storage the material until the following morning and who can transport it there?
