[opensuse-conference] oSC13 dates

Hello everyone, During the kick-start meeting for the conference 2013, we set the dates that the conference will take place. Since we didn't agree if we'll have 3 or 4 days conference, please define the dates, so the Social Media team will start promoting the event. Furthermore we need a logo for creating events,communities,groups in social media networks.
