Hi, today we had the first meeting at Prague office to find the coordinator for every team we will organize for the conference. Also for special roles we have identified. We will have another one tomorrow and Wednesday. On Thursday and Friday we will have meetings at the venue. Thursday will be with coordinators and Friday with all the volunteers that will be available. We will announce this tomorrow or Wednesday, so if you are in Prague you can join us.
