[opensuse-conference] openSUSE Conference Website

Hello, I am currently working on the openSUSE Summit website [1] [2]. And I would love to contribute my two cents towards the openSUSE Conference. That being said, I would like to help with the openSUSE Conference website as well. We can use the same code structure for the openSUSE Conference as we did for the openSUSE Summit.
