Hey,

with the conference getting closer and closer I would like to hold a
conference meeting next Monday, 2011-08-29 at 16:00 UTC on #opensuse-project

The goal for the meeting is to sync everybody on the conference
organization. We discuss what has been done by whom and what still needs
to be done by whom.

The agenda so far is:

  1.  Status promotion
  2.  Status venue
  3.  Status of the program

I really would appreciate it if all the people that drive these things
could be present.
