At the moment the plugin configuration is static: QUANTUM_PLUGIN_CONF="--config-file=/etc/quantum/plugins/linuxbridge/linuxbridge_conf.ini" I think we should introduce a configuration file in /etc/sysconfig to change the used plugin configuration.
