Maybe someone could help figure out, why sometimes OBS KIWI build fails with "Problem: nothing provides /usr/bin/PROGRAM"? But sometimes does not fail?

P.S. Calamares updates successfully via zypper and installs kde-cli-tools5 (if not present, as it provides /usr/bin/kdesu), thus issue is not related with zypper.
