[opensuse-buildservice] how to configure registration and anonymous in private obs 2.5.2

Hi, In commit 6ff4d16dd4bf97386e99d9c9b44ac6a28b734fd6, allow_anonymous and new_user_registration were moved into /configuration API as anonymous and registration. However, when I access "https://$servername/configuration" page as default "Admin" account, I can't find the corresponding configurations. How to configure these 2 settings via API?
