[opensuse-buildservice] How to "include" a binary debian package

Dear all, I want to create a binary package for debian, and the package it will requires others programs and libraries. The required packages are available in an external debian repository (external from opensuse build service). So, I'm wondering if there is any way to include dependencies coming from external repository for debian, or my only alternative is to repackage the required programs into my build service project.
