[opensuse-buildservice] weirdly broken Mandriva_2011

      Hi,

in my project X11:Enlightenment:Nightly there is really weird failure
of Mandriva_2011 builds.

It looks like line

Require:        %name = %version

in devel package causes unresolvable dependency problem.

Do you have any idea how to solve it?
