Is there a way I can delete my repo without sending DR to them one by one?

This is just a small repo (home:opensuse_zh), M17N has more such branches...

Have you tried osc rdelete -f? See the output of

osc rdelete --help

...

-f, --force deletes a project where other depends on

Or

osc meta prj -e -f ..

The downside is of course that all binaries in the other projects stay ...

I am about to implement a clean up mechanism via requests for that atm.
