I am not sure what is meant by "incomplete Download on Demand support to
support also debian."

I had in mind that you still need root access on the server to use it. So it is
relative pointless
for this use-case IMHO. It is easier to import the .deb files manually in the
:full tree and just
call the obs_admin tool.

Download on Demand might be sub optimal in general and can be enhanced, but
its not true that it does not work for Debian / Ubuntu.

oh, did not know that (never used it ;)

It would be great if it would work just by entering the repository URL in the
webui though. It
would help many new users of OBS.
