Hi:

Current version of format_spec_file service is broken, resulting in 
"data loss"

GPLv2+ with openssl linking exception is given twice in 
SUSE-GPL-3.0+-with-openssl-exception    GPLv2+ with openssl linking 
exception at /usr/lib/obs/service/format_spec_file.files/prepare_spec 
line 140, <MAP> line 202.
Aborting: service call failed: /usr/lib/obs/service/format_spec_file 
--outdir /tmp/tmpZ6nP91
Source service run failed!

Spec file content is then lost, ending with a zero length file.
