After updating osc to osc-0.133-66.1.noarch I am getting the following
when I use the "osc vc" command

osc vc -m "update to xcb-util-0.3.8"
user 'toganmx' not found
Try env mailaddr=...


Of course there is no user as toganmx but there is toganm. So somehow
osc is adding the "x" suffix to the username. However when I look the
changes file it is parsing the user email correctly

Am I missing something ?
