Hello,
when using the obs to compile a linked Kernel:stable 3.1 kernel with some additional patches, one of the patches failes to apply, even though it applies fine in my local checkout:
+ patch -s -F0 -E -p1 --no-backup-if-mismatch -i ../patches.drivers/input- secondwheel + patch -s -F0 -E -p1 --no-backup-if-mismatch -i ../patches.drivers/input- wacom-24hd-basic 1 out of 6 hunks FAILED -- saving rejects to file drivers/input/tablet/wacom_wac.c.rej ++ echo '*** patch ../patches.drivers/input-wacom-24hd-basic failed ***' *** patch ../patches.drivers/input-wacom-24hd-basic failed ***
I would like to look at the reject file generated by patch, is there a way to retrieve it?
Thanks for advice,
Armin
Armin, Did you attempt a full local build and the patch applied? (ie. "osc build"). If not, I think that's the standard practice, then you drill down into your local build and find the reject file. I don't know how to get it from the OBS VM. Greg -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-buildservice+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-buildservice+owner@opensuse.org
