[opensuse-buildservice] Imported game packaging guidelines in the wiki

Hello, I have imported the page for games packaging guidelines from the old wiki "http://old-en.opensuse.org/Packaging/Games" into "http://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:Packaging_Games". I assume that the packaging guidelines for games have not changed.
