[opensuse-buildservice] Disable generating plain text passwords
Hi

I don't think it is necessary for osc to still save plain text password
in ~/.oscrc. Is there any good reason for still doing so? Attached patch
removes this functionality.

Subject: [PATCH] Drop plain text password from generated config file.

The passx is around for some time and it is not needed to put plaintext
into config file forever.
