Can you check if you get the same behaviour with a recent osc version
from the openSUSE:Tools:Unstable repo? osc's current working copy code
should handle it correctly.

I fixed the package deleting the files from the web interface. But
sure, if I ever have the problem again I will test
openSUSE:Tools:Unstable's.
