I saw something similar a while ago, where one of the Apache repositories 
wasn't published / had disappeared from the download server. See 
http://lists.opensuse.org/opensuse/2010-09/msg01108.html

It resolved spontaneously later, it seems. Today all repositories are there.

It hasn't anything to do with the mirrors though, because they come later - 
your repos are missing at the download server, where the mirrors synchronize 
against.
