The previous OBS instance had unobstrusive login fields on the top 
darkgray bar. Just get that back. Like Redhat Bugzilla,
http://picpaste.de/rhbz.png , or even http://en.opensuse.org/ where 
there is just a little "Login/Register" link at the top right.
