Is that an error inside OBS? Or by my side?
For such questions it would be really helpful if you provide the
name of the package you are trying to build and a link to it on
OBS.
Sure: home:saigkill boinc-client
Why do you think that --target=noarch-... should work at all ?
IMHO no compiler can handle a noarch architecture ;)
