[opensuse-buildservice] Where has the expert mode for adding repos gone?

Hi, in former times the adding Repositories page had a link to a page where you could add say the Factory repo of home:devel:languages:perl to have your package build against. The link seems to have gone so how do you go about now if you need to build against repos outside the main ones?
