I have done this, but you cannot directly build a .msi or .exe installer from
OBS. You can create a normal SRPM that builds RPM with the .exe files in it.
You can then (outside of OBS) post-process this to build an msi.

You can take any mingw rpm to use as an example.

Is it possible to cross-compile Windows software using MinGW? How
(should I create a source RPM to fire the build? should a .msi or NSIS
.exe installer be created? will it be made available in the
