This is the source ID, it shouldn't change unless you change the sources.

What happened here is that the package was checked into factory and the
spec file is reformated -> rebuild due to source change. And changed
sources should be pushed out.

In this case the code used __DATE__ and __TIME__, so there were a real
problem that the build-compare output didn't shown.

But if the source ID check helps this isn't such a big problem. I
suppose I would have noticed the problem later when a dependent
library was updated.
