Where did you read that?
What I found is:

here's the log output:
[...]
snowglobe: "/opt/snowglobe/skins/default/xui/ru/panel_preferences_voice.xml"
is not allowed anymore in FHS 2.2.


[...] line repeats for every single file in my package.

However, I've the same problem and for a bunch of reasons, I am unable to move
away from /opt.

To switch those checks of, add

#!BuildIgnore: post-build-checks


To your specfile.
