Hi,

we just putting out an 1.5.1 bugfix release. Basically containing an
workaround for a rails 2.1 bug which caused the issue not allowing you to
create a project (because of lacking rights).

Users of new Debian system want also the new build.rpm package, it solves
problems in scripts during local build setup. (Lacking "abuild" group in 
/etc/gshadow).
