The problem is that you have a _link file and spec file in your package. If
the link is expanded you have two specfiles and the srcserver has no clue
which spec it should take. If you rename your spec to <packid>.spec (in
your case Env.spec and DB.spec) it should work.

or just remove the unwanted in the _link file.

(can easily be done by "osc del file.spec" in expanded mode)
