that no working code breaks
* currently, the unused armv4l, armv5el and sh4 architectures and an
installed QEMU in the worker are needed to activate cross build
* next step is to make Cross Build configurable in dispatcher and
worker as a configure/runtime option, to handle e.g. PowerPC (which can
be native or cross build)
* new packages are provided for osc, build and obs-server to run the
optional cross build
* up to date concept page

* Download on Demand patch reworked, split off of Cross Build
* Review pending
* to be put into svn trunk under the same provision as Cross Build: not
to change/break existing functionality
