Now i would chmod a file after unpack. The absolute PATH is:
/skrooge/po/listFiles.sh

Are you saying that a file from a tar archive is unpacked with
the wrong permissions? Sounds like a bug to me.

Yes. If i build normaly the Package, the build fails: listFiles.sh
Permission denied. If i make chmod on this file, the build
finished. I must make chmod before compiling...

What project/package is that?
The project named: skrooge
URL: http://www.kde-apps.org/content/show.php/skrooge?content=92458

But 'listFiles.sh' is packed without x-bits in the upstream tar file:

$ tar tvf skrooge-0.1.1.tar.gz | grep list
-rw-r--r-- viewvc/viewvc 89 2008-09-28 00:05 skrooge/po/listFiles.sh

So it's not really a build service problem, but a bug in the upstream
package.

Cheers,
Michael.
