I do not know neider ruby nor python. And yes many people complaint about it 
and the bug is on the server side, not on the client side. So the bug is it 
whatever language is user to schedule and run the build tasks.

Very good point, but someone at suse told me that it's a known bug so it 
exists already. I guess I need to find it.
