/srv/www/cgi-bin/fom-meta with the error. So that was not the problem.
It does not like the above.

Some lines above in the error log you see, that $RPM_BUILD_ROOT is empty (which BTW is not good for "rm -rf"). Add a line like
"BuildRoot: %{_tmppath}/%{name}-%{version}-build"
in your SPEC file.
