Of course, download.opensuse.org serves the generated packages.
Among which there are also the source rpms contaning the spec files :). But in this case the spec ifself is no fun, what's interesting is how the buildservice automatically patches the original spec and other files in the sources, which you'll only see on the URL Christian posted.
